Seven months of follow-ups, then a collection notice
Our shipment was severely delayed, and one item arrived wet, damaged and unsellable. We filed a claim on March 10, 2026. More than seven months later, after repeated written follow-ups disputing the freight and additional reconsignment charges, the matter remained unresolved. On October 23, TQL said the dispute was still being addressed. That afternoon, we received a third-party collection notice with another $132.40 added. An extremely disappointing experience, both in handling the shipment and resolving what followed.
