Very nice and courteous driver who was very diligent and careful with every loading / unloading / shuffling move I observed. Our vehicle was shipped cross-country and I would use 485logistics again with no hesitation.

I’m really sorry to hear about your experience, and I’d love to understand what happened so we can address it properly. We take these things seriously and always strive to do things the right way. I also sent a request for more information so we can reach out to you directly and address your concerns as quickly as possible. In the meantime, could you share the Load ID or Order Number and let us know what kind of vehicle this was regarding? That way, we can look into it right away and see what went wrong. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and I want to help clear things up. Looking forward to hearing from you!
My '29 Willys Knight was booked with an enclosed trailer. The service was impeccable and the driver was very courteous and attentive. The time frame was spot on and I would recommend them as they shined with professionalism from the get go!
