When I needed a reliable same-day air courier to pick up a crucial package in Dallas and deliver it to South Florida, I found this company through a search, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service they provided. The package contained original wet-signed contracts from multiple parties, which were absolutely critical to be in the client’s hands by Thursday morning to keep a major project on track. From start to finish, TEC's service was nothing short of exceptional. What stood out most was their proactive communication and agility. When a scheduled flight was canceled, they quickly pivoted to use an alternate airport. The ground crew was promptly mobilized to collect the package and ensure it was delivered straight to the destination hotel on time. This flexibility and swift action removed any risk of delay or disruption. Tim, the point of contact, provided constant, real-time updates throughout the process – from the pickup at our office, departure on the flight, flight arrival, to the driver’s route, and finally, confirmation of delivery.
