Doug and his team are incredible. They handle the difficult task of property management with grace, knowledge, integrity and empathy. Every person who works for touch tone is first and foremost a good human and it shows!

Doug has been so patient and gracious in helping take the anxiety, fear, and unknowns out of property management. Touchstone manages everything, but still takes the time to explain in a way that makes you feel like you could do it yourself (you can't). I can't imagine a better company to work with for managing your property.

I have worked with Doug and Touchstone Property Management for around 4 years. They are very reliable, communicative, and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them form anyone seeking an upstanding property management company that cares about their clients.

The very definition of Professionalism. Doug and his team at Touchstone are absolutely outstanding to work with. They're knowledgeable, responsive and genuinely care about their clients needs. They go above and beyond to provide exceptional service and it's very clear they take pride in their work. I couldn't recommend Doug and Touchstone more highly

I know the owner of Touchstone, Doug, through my weekly meetings I have with him, as well as through a one-on-one lunch we shared. Let me put it this way: if you're looking for a can-do company with a focused leader, look no further. Doug is locked in, committed, and dialed into his work. He is constantly optimizing his processes, and I am sure that this commitment is reflected in the happiness of his clients.

As a contractor you learn real fast that not all property management companies are the same. It is nice to work with one who actually cares about their service and reputation. I highly recommend Doug if you are looking to work with a Property Management company!!

Without question, Doug and his team are different from other property management companies. It is an absolute anomaly to find a PM that enjoys the profession while also maintaining happy owners and renters! I love that all aspects of being a landlord (and there are SO MANY) are safely, efficiently and professionally handled, alleviating me of stress and saving me loads of time. And they answer the phone!

I met with Doug to discuss how I could benefit from partnering with Touchstone to manage my rental property. I appreciate the upfront pricing as shown on the website, and Doug is experienced and very knowledgeable in the industry!
