unfair treatment
Maybe 0 was better to define how they have treated us after 4 years of good and accurate tenancy. We have always had issue with maintenance, jobs never done, jobs done late, jobs completed with “0” care. We moved-in a property with severe red tick (in the report) and left with 1 red tick( already mentioned in the first report)..they still deduct 1k from the deposit- stating a state of the house we never get at the time of the moved-in (as a lawn grass)! I don’t know the reason of such treatment when we have regular and fully pay the rent, always on line with contact and property care. I feel very frustrated and harassed by the operation manager who have been in touch with us. Ignoring reports, maintenance negligence underlined in previous emails, and evident state of the house. I am an operation managers and my self and I have never treat my client in this way. I do understand business is business, buy we have genuinely give back a property in a better state..taking in consideration 4y of living.

Response from Touchstone Property Management· Oct 22, 2026
Hi Antonella. I'm sorry to hear about your experience. When looking up that name in our management software, we don't have anyone listed. There are multiple Touchstone PM's around the country and around the globe (no connection with one another and it's not a franchise). We are located in Clackamas, Oregon. Can you confirm your name and that you rented from us here in Oregon? If so, I'd love to look into this matter and see what we can do to resolve any questions or concerns. If this is for another Touchstone, would you be willing to remove the review? (We've gotten a number of 1*'s for people that confuse us with Touchstone's in either Texas or the United Kingdom.)
