I have been referring all my landlord clients to Doug Moe since 2022. His company, Touchstone Property Management has a core value of communication. I have had nothing but great feedback on the company. As a landlord, you can rest assured that they will care of the maintenance and tenant matters that will make your experience as property owner smooth. I know I can count on Doug and his team for timely communication, knowledgeable advise, and quality work. They respond to emails and calls quickly , keep great records, and very competitive in rate. I could not recommend Touchstone Property Management more highly.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with this property management company as a plumbing contractor, and I can confidently say they are top-notch. They are consistently professional, organized, and respectful of both their tenants and vendors. Communication is always clear and timely, which makes scheduling and completing jobs smooth and efficient. They truly value quality work and take the time to ensure everything is done right, not just quickly. What stands out most is how they treat the people they work with. As a contractor, it’s refreshing to partner with a company that is fair, reliable, and easy to collaborate with. Payments are prompt, expectations are well-defined, and there’s a strong sense of mutual respect. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and well-run property management team.

After losing a very long term tenant, I turned to Touchstone to help find and manage a new lease for my commercial property. Such a thorough and professional experience to get the property updated and then find the ideal tenant, promptly and without any drama. The reporting and management of the rent and other expenses has been clear and consistent, making accounting downright easy. Questions have been answered , by real people, very quickly. Highly recommend Touchstone property management— they are truly “Delightful “ to work with.

I've been an HOA president for nearly three years now so I appreciate the significant difference between good management and poor management. That's why when a new opportunity arose, I did my homework and really researched management firms, and more importantly the people behind them. Doug is about a consummate as a professional as their is. He's incredibly knowledgeable with both residential and commercial rental laws and ordinances. He's got a strong track record of long-term rentals with incredibly high retention rates. All that and he's a really easy guy to talk to. Looking forward to many stress free years working with him and Touchstone!

I’ve had a really positive experience with Touchstone Property Management. From the start, their team has been professional, responsive, and easy to work with, which made everything feel a lot less stressful. What stood out to me the most was how quickly they handle maintenance requests. Anytime something came up, it was taken care of promptly and without a lot of back-and-forth, which I really appreciated. It made a big difference knowing things wouldn’t just sit unresolved. Communication has also been great. They’re easy to reach, keep you informed, and actually follow through, which isn’t always the case with property management companies. You can tell they genuinely care about doing a good job and making sure people are taken care of. Overall, I’ve found them to be reliable, professional, and easy to trust. I’d definitely recommend Touchstone to anyone looking for a property management company that’s on top of things and treats people well.
