My husband and I recently got Toucan Fax and it was easy to get setup and the price was really great. Had a few questions about the service and their customer service answered them right away.

Really easy to get setup and going. Customer service was great too and answered all of my questions quickly. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an online fax service.

Toucan Fax's customer service is outstanding. Rapidly responsive to our e-mail inquiries and very responsive to issues that we had with porting our fax number over (It was held up on Comcast's end). Faxing with Toucan is very straight forward. HIPAA compliant, and very reasonable at $5/month. So refreshing!

This company is fantastic at helping me set up an electronic fax. Their support is fast and very helpful! Strongly recommend! They are so worth $5 a month! I appreciate what they do and hope more people give them a chance!

I am a new user. I was not able to connect the dots on how to select a contact I created, and correctly add the recipient to send a fax. The user interface is intuitive - and though I could figure out how to pull the contact I created from the contact list, I was not resolving that I had to "Add Recipient" to the fax. Because of this, after pressing the "Send Fax," there was nothing on the dashboard. Don't be that guy :), please "add the recipient." The tech support was awesome, and though saying they would respond to my request within 24 hours, I received two responses from Jeanine N. within 10 minutes of making my request. The solutions she suggested caused me to think deeper about what I was missing, and I figured out how to "Add Recipient." If she had not responded so quickly, I would not have figured it out until a response eventually came. Thank you, Jeanine, and thank you, Toucan Fax !!

I’ve been using online fax companies for a while but they’re getting expensive. I found Toucan for only $5 a month. They ported my current fax number in less than a week. It was a pleasure working with Jeanine, she was excellent! Great experience thus far.
