These folks actually respond! Customer service is great and the price is so much better than my old fashioned land line fax cost.. and they ported my fax number so I didn't have to contact a zillion folks with new fax number.

I can't say good enough about this company. I recently changed my fax provider to Toucan Fax and ported my old fax number. The port process wasn't smooth due to my other provider (the one I am leaving) canceled my account earlier than expected. There were many exchange emails back and forth from Toucan Fax and giving me live updates of the port status, and finally, I got my old fax number ported successfully. Thank you, Touch Fax! I wish I knew your company years ago....
