The Topps CompanyReviews of topps.com

Topps is a waste of money. Do not spend a cent on their product it is all smoke and mirrors. They want you to think that the ordinary person can hit an amazing card. The truth is that you will spend thousands to get less than $100 back. Take my word, they will say not every will hit. Trust me, no one does.

I received a damaged topps now Fernando Mendoza draft card. I filed my complaint and after waiting a few days they responded. I received a replacement of greater value within a few weeks. I know topps normally has terrible reviews, but my experience was what customer service is supposed to be. Highly satisfied

Absolutely shocking website, a new product gets released at 3pm. Was on the site wait, put 2 products in my basket and was at check not even a minute past. The asks you to prove you not a robot which then it does even let you get past that stage, kept resetting itself and then crashing for about 15 minutes. Then all of a sudden the product is sold out. Disgrace of a company when your trying to by something for your kid and now you’ll have people trying to sell them for double the price.

Please explain how limiting purchases of 2025 topps chrome football mega box to 2 boxes has spawned multiple sellers posting CASES of the mega boxes on ebay for twice the msrp. I have been excited for a licensed football product from Topps for 10 years. I have been shut out of every chance even though I have been on the website to attempt to buy anything from a value box to a jumbo. Try to be a little more inconspicuous when strategizing your money grab. I grew up during the junk wax pack era and now we are seeing part 2 of nonsense.

I used to think panini was bad and was excited for topps to take over but now I wish panini was back. Topps has ruined the hobby for me and the redemption process is total crap. The website is even more crap. Have to wait 15 or 16 weeks to even request a replacement for a redemption and then have to wait almost another 8 weeks now with no answers and no card.....this is totally unacceptable customer service. The website says they are not taking calls right now and I wonder why lol. TOPPS SUCKS!

Not even a 1 star in my opinion. I bought a Topps Chrome football blaster yesterday. Out of the 28 cards ther were 2 sets of doubles. 6 Colts, 4 Ravens 4 giant 3 jets. Clearly catering ti the breakers. I've bought one box and already have double. Topps should never have a monopoly or even a company. The trading card industry will be nothing sooner rather than later. Never buy Topps your just wasting money. They will only give the breakers decent cards. I thought monopoly were illegal in America.

Topps sucks!!! the over priced product is deliberately held for breakers preventing the normal collectors that the Topps company was built on the backs of to rely on even higher marked up prices on the secondary market shame on you Topps you need to take the working man into consideration and stop catering to the douchebag breakers. Sincerely, Extremely dissatisfied customer.

They officially ruined the hobby thanks Topps for letting scalpers buy 20 boxes of each product so nobody that doesn’t have bots can buy stuff on release and having a pathetic website it was crashing for 2 minutes on your release then when I stopped bugging everything sold out I have great WiFi 800+ Mbps your website server sucks and making cards that look like you gave a first grader 5 minutes and said make a “special card”what is that 1of1 dart card nothing is cool about that.
