Schon komisch…

I purchased five 2026 Marvel Topps NOW Wolverine cards through the Spanish Topps website on 22 September 2026, paying €67.99 including shipping. The promotional images showed the cards inside rigid magnetic cases. My previous Marvel Topps NOW purchases had arrived with each card in its own protective case and individual Topps envelope. This presentation was an important part of my decision to buy. Instead, I received five thin cards packed together in one small box, without individual cases or envelopes. Opening an order I had been looking forward to was a huge disappointment. Topps explained that magnetic cases were not guaranteed because they were not mentioned in the written description. However, this did not adequately explain why the promotional images showed them, or why my previous Marvel Topps NOW orders included them even when their descriptions did not mention them. Initially, I was offered a return at my own expense. After further correspondence, Topps agreed to provide a prepaid return label, accept the opened packaging and issue a full refund, including the original shipping costs, after receiving the cards. But I have been waiting for the return label since 13 October. On 16 October, I was asked to allow another three working days. Today, 21 October, I still have not received it. The return has been authorised, but I cannot proceed because Topps has not supplied the promised label. This also delays the refund. I appreciate that they eventually agreed to cover the return costs, but repeatedly chasing a return label has made an already disappointing experience worse. I expected clearer advertising and much better after-sales service from the official manufacturer. I hope the wider Topps/Fanatics team reviews this case and helps complete the agreed return and full refund. Order reference: ESP-160729-S.

Ordered and paid for products that never arrived, when I reached out to see what happened to my order they told me it was past 30days and after that their policy is they dont help you after that. What a complete BS policy. I ordered and paid for products they didnt arrive and topps kept my money. Extremely poor customer service. Thieves.

Terrible customer service. I placed an order and it autofilled the address wrong which I noticed in the confirmation. I emailed there support and got stuck in a loop that kept directing me to the same unhelpful screen. In the my orders section, there was nothing I could do to change the order. This is a BASIC e-commerce feature I'd expect. Of course UPS then contacted me to tell me they couldn't deliver to the address that didn't exist. They charged me $100 to change me and when I finally got a hold of someone at Topps, they literally did nothing. Told me to wait it out for it to be returned by UPS and they'd either replace it if stock was available or refund me. Absolutely worthless customer service and e-commerce options. Don't buy from them online.

A fuir, 4 cartes commandées, 2 reçu.

Bande d'escrocs !!!

Website rein für Bots ausgelegt. Als Privatperson unmöglich eine Box zu bekommen.
