Shocking customer service! My son bought a tin of Euros 2024 trading cards from Morrisons with his birthday money and when he opened the tin the wrong cards were inside. I emailed customer services as that is the only way to contact them several weeks ago and still waiting for a response. I am reluctant to buy a replacement tin for my son in case the same thing happens again. Such a shame as lots of kids are spending lots of money on these cards. Topps should be ashamed of themselves!!!

Topps is complete trash! and do nothing but take advantage of Marvel fans & their own customers/members/community especially on their digital apps like Marvel Collect/Star wars/Bunt/Disney.. Topps has vip favorites if you're not spending $100-$1000 a month you're not worthy of Legendary/Epic cards and you'll be handed bottom of the barrel cards for $10-$90 per month.. Topps allows bullying and ridiculing of members..They have a rating system that's been weaponized and used as a revenge tool, trades are highly subjective and to allow members to use that against one another is asinine! The high tier vip($100-$1000 per month) get the royal treatment and the $10-$50 per month are treated like complete garbage.. Topps David is the worst! Members make suggestions to be ignored and handed ridiculous ugly sets.. Everyone is leaving all these apps because Topps is in all out greed mode and gouging it's community and players like crazy.. I once absolutely loved Marvel! I hate Marvel with a passion now because of Topps! The card art is on a steady decline unless you're higher tier $100-$1000 per month then you get the good stuff.. I regret ever spending money on these apps or ever even installing them...

Diese Sammelalbum ist wirklich der größte Schwachsinn aller Zeiten. Habe meine Sammelheft zerrissen. Nie wieder falle ich auf so eine sch.... rein. Die Firma sollte sich schämen, schließlich sind es meist die Kinder welche Fußball Bilder sammeln. Sorry Null Sterne ging nicht anzuklicken.

I live in Belgium and bought on their French website a box of Euro 24 stickers and a hard cover album for my daughter. Two weeks later I received the cards, but not the album. I tried to contact their customer service, but they only have an email address and no telephone number. I've sent already two messages complaining, got the standard auto reply "someone will look at your request" and nothing. No single message, delivery or anything.

Absolut unbrauchbares Album. Es fällt bereits während des Sammelns auseinander. Auch die einzelnen Blätter sind ganz billig gemacht und lösen sich nach ein paar Mal blättern auf. Ganz anders die Panini-Alben: Auch nach mehreren Jahren sind sie noch ganz, obwohl sie die Kinder oft anschauen. Was Topps bietet, ist eine absolute Frechheit! Reine Abzocke für ein qualitativ miserables Produkt!

É uma vergonha o que esta Empresa anda a fazer com um pedido feito desde Janeiro e só arrastam o problema pelo tempo e sem solução à vista. Duas encomendas feitas e não chegaram. Resultado, perdi uma carta base 1st edition #99. Na outra recebi uma carta errada e fui honesto com a Topps e pediram para a devolver. Assim o fiz e depois de dizerem que devolviam os portes ainda tentaram evitar o pagamento, já depois de terem a recebido de volta. A minha sorte foi ter screens da conversa... Para não bastar isto tudo, ainda estou à espera de mais duas cartas #75 e #99... Estou mesmo a prever que vão inventar outra coisa qualquer e fico sem as cartas e sem o dinheiro. Isto tudo se passou, está-se a passar e vai continuar a passar no jogo online Topps Football... Sinceramente a paciência tem limites e o serviço de apoio não merece o nome de apoio...

absoluter Frust, mit dieser miesen Masche bezüglich SP-Bilder! Sowohl ich, wie auch mein Junge, welchen ich eigentlich dieses Jahr in den Sammlerspass einführen wollten, werden da nicht mehr mitmachen :-( 1 Stern ist noch zu viel!
