Bike is great! Only issue is order took 6 business days to process and ship.

They collected my money at the point of purchase. With no updates on the bike's status I hunted down and contacted support to see where it was in the process. I was then told that my bike was overstocked and they would refund my money. This cost me the opportunity to get the same bike from a different vendor and kept my wallet lighter with nothing in return for it for over a week. I do understand that these are tough times, but I should have been contacted and refunded long before I made my exploratory phone call.

The service was performed as promised and finally, I got my bike. There were a few days delay in delivering my bike due to some confusion about the phone number and email. The mechanic who assembled my bike did a nice job.
