Thank you for my bike. I would have given it a 5 star but during assembly, the front brake wire cable was wrapped around the frame to a point where i could not assemble the handlebar.

Honestly....I haven't opened the box the FUJI Bicycle was delivered in, however, the delivery was speedy and problem proofed during this time of CoVid. No complaints with the process of purchase and delivery. Thank you.

The bike helmet I ordered was very nice but I didn't get an email like I was supposed to.

Bike is great! Only issue is order took 6 business days to process and ship.

I had some difficulties reaching them at time but overall the Topos team was very respectful and helpful with my order.

The service was performed as promised and finally, I got my bike. There were a few days delay in delivering my bike due to some confusion about the phone number and email. The mechanic who assembled my bike did a nice job.

Little bit delay after placing the order. It takes 5 business days. But the bike is good.
