The size 43 (should be a 9) fits small. Too small for my size 9 feet anyway. If you want to return this item, You have to pay to post it back to China before they refund you. I would recommend you buy from somewhere else.

Don’t be fooled by the website. The clothes are cheap china quality, I ordered a large male tracksuit for £65 it came nearly 4 weeks later and I will be lucky if it fits by 14yr old daughter. Absolutely shocking. A pure scam of a company do not buy

ORDER #4885 I purchased men’s black rain boots in December 2024. Tom Hollinger website has the appearance of a UK or European based company so I was not expecting the goods to be coming from China. In this respect it was completely misleading. Long delivery time and conflicting tracking details. Tracking website couldn’t find my order. Poor quality when they eventually arrived and too small. Refund rejected unless I paid for the return which I found to be around £25. Tom Hollinger customer services told me to lie about how much the goods were worth to the courier company because if I quoted the full amount they may not receive them. After much email dialogue with customer services they have agreed to refund 30% of the initial cost. I find it quite incredible that website reviews are 5 star and it seems nobody writing on Trustpilot has anything very good to say about them. Not a satisfactory outcome and I will not be buying from them again.

Bought a jacket - didn't realise it was coming from China (3 weeks later). My fault for not checking. The jacket is actually very nice but far too small - I would have ordered XXL not L if I had known it was chinese. I will not be sending it back due to the £40 cost (and environmental impact), so it will appear on Vinted at some point. I would suggest NOT buying from this company.

I mistakenly didn't read the reviews here or I wouldn't have purchased from this site. The site said 1-3 days shipping therefore I didn't realise it was coming from China - so falsehoods on the site.... hence the 2 stars. I will write another review once I receive the goods but based on the reviews below, I need to get a plan B sorted post haste.

DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY....!! 1) Badly sized and not suitable for the Western market. 2) Dubious quality. 3) Returns have to be courier tracked back to China, from whence they came, at exorbitant cost to you. 4) Refusal to refund

Ware kommt von China mit 3 Wochen Lieferzeit. Rückgabe fast unmöglich mit extrem hohen Kosten.

DO NOT BUY! Bought an XL jacket for my son and it is probably about S. Arguing about refund. Want it shipping back to China and videos. Complete scam.
