Tom HollingerReviews of tomhollinger.com

Shame I had to give this one star - far too many! Atrocious scam - poor quality, very slow delivery from China, offered 10% discount or send it back to China at my own expense at the hood of getting any money back! Total rip off - do not touch this company with a barge pole!

If I could give no stars I would. Ordered a jacket in my normal size only to find out it’s tiny. Customer service is dreadful, they offered for me to send it back at a ridiculous cost or to give me £8 of my £80 back, do not buy off this company

I am extremely disgusted with my experience with Tom Hollinger. The jacket I received was of poor quality, and the size was far too small, despite ordering a 2XL – it barely fitted over my shoulders. When I attempted to return the item, I was informed that the return shipping would be at my own expense, amounting to at least £25-£30, as had to be 'Signed' postage. After reading customer reviews, (Which I should of read before my purchase!) I discovered that many others have only received 20-30% of their purchase price back, which doesn’t even cover the return shipping costs. Ultimately, I decided not to return the item, and it has been donated to charity. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! IT'S A COMPLETE SCAM!

I ordered a jacket for my husband for Xmas Size L. I was told item in stock and delivery would be 5-10 days. It was not made clear that this was coming from China and so I had no idea. Finally arrived on 01January and was that small it wouldn't even fit me! I asked to return and after several attempts at trying to offer me more money off to keep it, they gave me the return address TO CHINA This cost me £19.79. It finally arrived at their warehouse on 06 February. I have sent numerous emails to request my refund and they keep saying that they cannot locate my return!! I still remain almost £85 out of pocket and they are not replying to my emails any more.

The items are dispatched from China which isn't made clear when ordering. The shoes I ordered were nice, but I ordered 2 pairs and they sent the wrong size in the 2nd pair. The customer service is abysmal. They eventually said they'd send a replacement but it's been 2 weeks since I heard that, and have had no confirmation if they have been sent, despite several chasing emails. I wouldn't order again.

Ordered 2 jumpers and they were musdescribed as being wool with suede elbows and neck. The jumpers both were relieved as 100% polyester with cloth elbows and neck instead of wool and suede. Although the brand is called "Tom Hollinger" there is not such founder under that name and the owners are in fact based and the company is operated out of mainland China. All items were shipped from China and when I requested for a return and full refund they rejected my request and instead asked me to pay for return shipping which from the UK was £32, which is completely and utterly disgusted business practices. I paid £62 for the 2 jumpers which I found identical products on a chinese retail site for £12 a piece. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. SCAM!

Absolute scam - they sent me the wrong item - I contacted them as soon as they arrived and provided evidence it was incorrect item - refused to send me the correct item out - demanded I paid for shipping back to china before I would get a refund or the correct item - I requested a returns label as this was not my error or me changing my mind but again was told they won’t cover postage - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - emails back and forward for over a week - absolutely terrible customer service - no acknowledgement this is their fault - they clearly do this to a lot of people and make a fortune from it - SCAM - my order number was 5568 - I am going to leave negative reviews on every platform I can so the public do not get scammed also and share the screenshots of the emails

Item was from china, material incorrect. I paid to return the item, confirmed delivered 25/01 and they are refusing to refund.
