The delivery timeframe is not clearly stated when ordering. The tracking system does not offer any useful information - for example it is now 8 days after I placed an order yet there is no sign of delivery and the tracking says it has no information. I would not have placed an order if I had known this and will not consider using this company again if they can’t give proper information

Thought this was an English site clearly it's a Chinese site selling what is probably Chinese goods that you could get cheaper elsewhere. Taken nearly three weeks to come and now they're here the size and nowhere near UK sizes (even on the standard chart) the issue now I have to pay for them to be returned all the way to China because they're not the right size.

I bought via an Instagram advert. Portrayed as a uk company selling linen shorts etc but came from China and took 10 days+. Items have no labels and seem cheaply made for the price. Don't quite fit but returns must be sent to China. At least £12 and may take 2 weeks so no guarantee of a £40 refund.

The website is very misleading as it looks like a premium brand with lots of 5 star reviews. Should have checked Trustpilot first before ordering but I was in a hurry. Items did finally arrive but bore little resemblance to what I expected to receive - very obviously just cheap, mass produced rubbish, badly packaged and with no mention of Tom Hollinger anywhere. After reading other people’s reviews it’s clearly futile to try to return the items so they’ll be consigned to the DIY clothing pile. Lesson learned. Don’t buy from this company!

I’d stupidly ordered this product , which was new to me, without reading reviews. In the end, I was just grateful the horrid item turned up. With the reviews on returns, I just kept it. Pass it to charity shop, although, they may reject it too , My two stars are for the fact it did turn up. The item was very substandard. Terrible quality, and looks tbh, as if it’s been washed too often. Advice-DO NOT BUY

Definitely not obvious Tom Hollinger is a chinese manufacturer. 2 weeks plus from china shipping. Quality okay but not worth £40 for 2 pairs of shorts.

do not use this site quality was ok but the extra large jacket i ordered was medium at best.. and as returns are to china at my own cost, and 14 day from order( it took 2 weeks to get here btw) im stuck with it feel scammed and foolish!!!

Ordered a long winter coat. Was more expensive than other retailers but was extra long which is what I wanted. The coat arrived ok but was not great quality. It was towards the lower end and for the price I expected something much better. I had to email them to get information on returns and was told I had to return it to China at my expense. This was not mentioned in their website at all. This was expensive as you can imagine. Nearly 4 weeks later it is still stuck at customs in China with no idea of delivery date or when I might get a refund. Not worth the risk. Buy somewhere else.
