Toco Warranty’s award-winning service and low monthly payments create an easy, affordable, and stress-free experience- That’s the Toco Promise! Vehicle repairs may be unexpected, untimely, and unaffordable, preventing you from getting home, to work, or wherever your live and car take you. Major breakdowns on vehicles may cost thousands of dollars, and minor repairs may set you back hundreds or more. The cost of parts and labor are continually rising whether you go to a dealership, franchise, or private mechanic. Let Toco get your back! Since 2013, Toco has been keeping customers on the road and out of the shop. Forget those groups that use high-pressure tactics, huge down payments, or worst of all, robocalls! Toco will never do that. Rather than charging customers upfront for years of coverage or requiring a hefty down payment, Toco offers low monthly payments and a no-pressure enrollment consultation. Toco commits to customer satisfaction, transparency, and accountability, earning your trust and keeping you on the road. Toco administers their contracts, ensuring that the claims experience is best in class. During a repair, the Toco Concierge team holds your hand throughout the process, ensuring that you know exactly what is going on and how much time the repair will take. Toco believes that setting customers up for success is dependent on great communication, transparency, and honesty. Thank you for your review.
Aaron was very helpful. He was very knowledgeable, has a great attitude and didn’t get frustrated with me and my questions. Aaron represents your company very well. At one time I was thinking about canceling my contract with your company because of a rude representative, but after talking with Aaron I stayed. He has the greatest personality and has always treated me with respect.

When I made the call to them, they immediately took care of my problem and the process started. They called me to let me know that everything was approved and all that I had to pay was my deductible. They were very professional, courteous and friendly.
