Toco Warranty Corp.Reviews of tocowarranty.com

My fuel pump had cracks in it and caused a check engine light that would also cause the car to not pass smog . Toco said it wasn’t fully broken so it couldn’t be covered . Yet … wouldn’t pass smog due to the cracks. Something causing a car to not pass smog would for sure be a complete failure in my opinion … so I had to cancel my contract .

Dylan was AMAZING! He took his time and explained the estimate, parts, and informed me what was covered and not covered. Although he’s no mechanic, he helped me understand how each part worked. I appreciate good service and communication and Dylan definitely mastered it! However, the claim process is very long and dragged out. Despite codes, on going issues, and the part being covered, my claim was denied. The parts just can’t be bad, Toco is making me wait until the part completely fails before covering it which is dangerous as I’m having issues with the rack and pinion.

Long story of course, after getting passed around by the "Concierge" and 2 conversations with my Mercedes Benz Service Rep (Who put a LOT of time and sent diagrams and explanations of the root cause of the failure (3 hydraulic units in the trunk) the supervisor decided that the only thing covered relative to the trunk was the latch. After another call from the concierge, it was clear that they were just passing me around since she began to talk about issues that had already been covered i.e. It had nothing to do with the hardtop convertible (which is not covered) and she could not come up with an explanation except that her supervisor had rejected the claim. My MB Service Rep was clearly upset that they were playing games since he had spent so much time explaining the issue complete with diagrams of the hydraulic system. My MB Rep had requested a 3-way call with me so that I could understand the situation. They WOULD NOT allow this !!

I basically DO NOT like this company. Nothing is communicated correctly with customers or their staff. Let alone the rudeness. My daughter's policy ended without notice. She found out as she was calling for a tow truck. We are Not renewing that policy. I want to cancel mine so bad....

Used Toco for a couple minor repairs, then I need some MAJOR REPAIRS and Toco WOULD NOT COVER. So I tried contacting them, ha, they have banker hours CST 9-5 NO HELP WITH IT, TO RESET PASSWORD. When your able to get in your account, You Cannot Cancel your policy, You Cannot Remove your Credit card information. Worst service ever. Then they want to call you, by then your frustrated. Did I mention that they're Rule Too 🤬 I had to get a new bank card to STOP them. SO GOOD LUCK

Well I took my 2014 Chevrolet duramax into the shop because check engine light is on and off mostly on so the call the claim in after doing the diagnosis of a catalytic converter and he said hold please while he looked up code that his machine. Administrator returns back to the telephone after 7 minutes and says no it’s not covered!!!! Ok I bought the elite plan supposed to be the best plan they offer. Well I went and picked up my truck and I’ve never got a call back stating why not not even an email apologizing for the inconvenience
