10/05/26 We would like to investigate this issue for you. We are not an AI scam. If you are in email contact with us, please continue to communicate with us. If not, please email our customer service at [email protected] for further assistance. 10/06/26 You left one voicemail, which we received and acknowledged. We then responded to you by email. Once you confirmed that the package had not been delivered, we contacted USPS to open an investigation into the shipment. We are glad to hear that your order has now arrived safely. However, once the package was in USPS’s possession, the delivery was handled by the carrier, and we took the appropriate steps on our end to assist you when you reported that the package was missing. The review was posted within approximately one hour of contacting us, before we had an opportunity to complete the investigation with USPS.
