Very poor guidance through the process. They are not clear on pricing. The text layout is foolishly confusing. I cannot recommend this company at this time.

An exceptional group of people who seamlessly work together. For someone who is a neophyte to the trademark process, all are accessible and articulate in their tutelage. Mr DeMassa, the man at the top, and Mr Humphrey, an experienced and knowledgeable attorney in Washington, DC, were generous with their time. Overall the experience for me has been an unexpected education and very pleasant surprise.
