Trademark Express are not your typical "money-minded" agents who are out to squeeze every penny out of your pocket. I am so overjoyed to work with people who exercise such honesty and clarity. When I first came across Trademark Express, I started out with a video call with Chris. He explained everything to me, the entire application process, in-use versus intent-to-use, logo requirements, etc. All completely free of cost. They genuinely care about their clients and help you save bucks wherever you can. Considering how costs add up for small and medium-sized businesses, every dollar matters. Heather and Tyler have a response rate faster than anyone I know. They reply in a 2-4 hour window, which puts any business owner at ease. They are super knowledgeable about the process and take the time to really go over every single detail. I love the work ethic, professionalism and speed at which they operate. Trademark Express can be summed up in one word....AWESOME! These guys have my highest recommendation and are definitely my go-to for any future trademark work.
