I’m pretty annoyed at this whole experience. I bought two tubes of gold numbing cream and paid £3.85 for 1st class delivery. To which I then received a letter from Royal Mail saying “seller hasn’t paid postage” which gave me no option to pay another £5 on top of the original cost not to mention the fact I order this on 2/2/25 and have only just received this 12/2/25

I bought the gold numbing cream for to use for lip filler, first time using and I didn't exactly follow the directions. I started plastering it on two hours before my procedure and kept reapplying right until I got into the salon. I can’t recommend this stuff enough I felt a little pain but not all of the punctures of the needle it’s normally excruciating for me but this was fantastic and will be buying again and I’ve hardly any bruising, I’m wondering if it’s because I wasn’t tensed up like usual. It’s still wearing off I can’t recommend it enough. It also arrived within two days via Royal Mail

I have been using the cream for years never had an issue till recently I came up in massive bruises/burns all over my leg when emailed completely ignored me! If only I could upload a photo 🙄

Just used black 40 % more numbing and have major burn blisters over my leg very red raised and painful never had this before won’t be using again

Bought 2 tubes for a tattoo on the back of my head. Worked for about 20 mins & then I felt EVERYTHING. So much for the “lasts 2-10 hours” claim. Ive used other creams before but thought I would try this. It’s rubbish.

The best thing invented for people who scared of needles and want tattoos! Had my tattoo done and from previous experience without any numbing cream and painkillers I got traumatized and never again wanted to go through tattooing process but this tktx tattoo numbing cream the gold package made a world's difference! I applied 60minutes before 1 whole tube and cling filmed with all four corners sealed and went dreading to get a piece done but surprised by the effect the skin you can feel hard sensation completely numb as soon as cling film off! And during session I didn't feel nothing but just pressure of something was being done! As tattoo artist pressing on skin but I nothing at all! And some parts the cream took more to than others as I had 1 hour session and I could feel at some point something pricking the skin but NO PAIN AT ALL! I loved this cream so much this is going to be my go to as I can get as many tattoos done now with this life saver! Cream I love it! I couldn't believe how well it worked on my back left side shoulder piece tattoo session! A must but if you scared of pains! And love tattoos! And I can't take pain at all. Even cry for paper cuts and didn't let first tattoo artist finish piece as this cream didn't exist that time but I'm so grateful for this tktx cream! Love it! But I do recommend doing a patch test as if used for more than 60minutes there may be allergic reaction as when I used the cream for 2 hour session and for multiple tattoos session, I got an allergic reaction rash, redness and itchiness but calmed the skin using antiseptic cream and reaction went away after 7 days as a combination of body healing process and numbing cream did not go well but I am still taking the risk using the cream as I would rather have no pain in tattoo process and get as many tattoos I want.

Worst cream I have ever had .. no effect at all ... blue crap running all down my neck ...
