I lathered it on my arm ready for tattoo today, put on at 8am, wrapped cling film around it, had tattoo at 10, completely numb, washed arm and stayed numb until about 6pm, if u want a good numbing experience, put loads on and use cling film so it soaks into skin for maximum results, and always do for 2 hours!

Bought the gold cream, supposedly the most deeply numbing, for a tattoo. It didn’t numb my arm, nor the hand I applied it with, at all. I don’t know if it was a faulty batch or potentially a reaction on my part but I would advise giving this a miss.

Never received item and won’t respond to my emails. I’ve had to request a chargeback ):

First time I used this cream, it numbed but wore off about half way through each piece. Second time I used it over a larger area and thicker layer to last longer. Tattoo went okay but I had a delayed reaction afterwards which caused a prickly itchy red rash over my whole arm. Company never got back to my email with regards to it and there is nothing stated on the package or website about reactions. Won't be using again!

Still no delivery, no response to 3 emails, complete waist of time trying to get a response. No tracking, sweet FA. First and last order !

Would never use again. RIP off and didn’t work. Gave me a rash so I could not be tattooed 👎

I ordered the cream for a treatment .. 9 days in and not received it .. the treatment day has now passed .. I’ve emailed and no response .. paid for 1st class .. really!

Never before had a problem with any products reacting with my skin or body, put 3 tubes of the yellow cream on my back for a tattoo, followed instructions to a T. Got to the studio where the tattooist took the cling film wrap off and got the shock of his life when he saw that I’d had a chemical reaction to the cream. Turned out all blotchy and swollen, other products I haven’t had a drama with. Tattooist said he couldn’t tattoo due to not wanting to irritate the skin more, so is this company going to refund me my deposit on the tattoo and the days pay I took off work to get it done?
