Not had the pleasant chance of using this cream because I ordered it before my tattoo appointment and didn’t come on time(completely my fault) I forgot to ask for quicker delivery. But what I’m so disappointed by is the refund process, tried emailing both the website emails that were provided not a single response back to get the refund process started and this is about over 4 weeks now. I got it sent maybe a couple of days after I got it delivered and tried to keep it in the 30 days return policy but now past that point so couldn’t even get it refunded!

I’ve used this on a few different areas and it’s not worked once ! Really disappointed in this product

Small tube of cream tktx gold cream @ £15 states works within 25 minutes....I applied at 12 and still no real affect 2 hours later when tattoo started. I found little numbing to my toes/boney bits on my feet. Waste of money in my opinion.

Read all the instructions, applied product as described. I had a 5hr tattoo booked in on my back. It worked brilliant for the 1st hr that was it. No point even using it. This is my experience tho not saying that’s everyone’s

I just received my TKTX numbing cream in the mail and it’s very underwhelming. It’s twice the price yet one third the size of a tube of numbing cream I previously just bought from my local pharmacy. Also as far as I can tell they have the same amounts of active ingredients but it’s hard to be sure because the txtk branded cream has very little specific information on the packaging, it literally just has a list of ingredients and then says “and so on” while the pharmacy product lists specific amounts of all active ingredients. Would not buy again.

No idea on the cream as nextv day postage via official site is not next day its "special delivery " if your a normal working individual you'll never get this product until you can get to sorting office which if you've ordered next day for a reason will be too late. Customer service from online store shocking ans couldn't give 2 hoots about the .oney wasted and there false advertisement.

I have around 60 hours of ink on me, first time I’ve tried cream. I went for green. 3 tubes as recommended… applied as recommended. First 20 mins of the tattoo was ok. But how they said 3-5 hours is amazing! I didn’t get an hour from it… for the sake of a less painful first half hour or so. Not worth the money
