I have a Bush Tivo television. It is not working and has said “Temporary Service Problem” for hours. This is 100% unacceptable and the tech sector needs to get their act together and learn the meaning of the word quality. The tech sector’s quality is pathetic and an absolute disgrace.

After my Bush TV was updated to TiVo, my problems started. I'm going to change TVs. The updates don't stop, the TV screen goes completely black and I can only hear it, like a radio soap opera. Then I have to unplug the TV, wait a while, and plug it back in. This is awful.

Acquired a 50” Bush/Argos TV 2 years ago that worked perfectly until a December 2023 update which seemed to cause the OS to degrade: Freeview channel availability reduced & some could then only broadcast sound WITHOUT picture. Last straw this week when watching Man U - Everton match the TV refused to broadcast the start of the second half without a power reset. As an EFC fan unforgivable! Today it will be replaced by a Philips 50” from AO.COM

I have been a TiVo customer for a long time. I have owned several units. My biggest concern with the company is the decreasing vale and customer service. It cost too much to have a TiVo and the system is outdated. My last TiVo is an edge. I have had a precipitous decline in the streaming options. Customer service is pretty poor. They are only concerned with you maintaining the subscription. They do not provide a heads-up regarding platform change. It's time to cancel and stick with a smart tv

I bought 2 years ago an expensive Telefunken Smart TV and I was nearly a year ago forced to install TIVO as an Upgrade and since then my Streaming Apps (Netflix, Amazon) stop to work every two -three days and I must reset the TV (and wait 1hour until all is new installed) and renew my login in all Apps. Sometimes the same day I must do it two times while watching an episode of serie ! This became painful and lost of time and energy. I tried many times with every reset to refuse the terms of TIVO and hope to go back to the previous OS but it doesn't work and I am left stuck with this OS. Even their Internet Site offers no solution to it and it is simply an maze with frequently asked questions! I must now completely deconnect the television from Internet to let no update and buy a Amazon Stick or an Android Box.

I updated my Bush tv as it asked me to. Wish I hadn't. I have to now keep resetting it. A few of the apps, including Prime and channel 5 only sound and no picture, and when it does work the sound is out of sink. Absolutely terrible!!!

This box has great features but the feature where it turns off after two hours is most stupid thing I've ever seen.. I'm old enough to know when I'm done watching tv..
