Hello Leigh, We noticed your 1 star review today on Trustpilot. We sincerely apologize! We scanned our email system and found that you did email us regarding the mispell on June 6, 2024. We do not know how your email was missed by our staff but we assure you, we will make your order right! If you still have time to receive your napkins before your event, we will reprint them right away. If it is too late to get new napkins to you, we will refund your order in-full. We have emailed you regarding your order. We will also be calling you today so we can fix the error on your napkins. Again, we sincerely apologize for missing your original email!
