I thought one design would be on one side and the other on the opposite, but both items were in one side of the coozie. They were cute though!

Tanks for sharing, Lindsay. I looks like you placed separate orders for each design. This is why they were printed on separate items. So glad you like your coozies. Best wishes!
The cups look exactly as shown, don’t forget to choose your colors for the cups. I missed that step and it defaulted to black. The cups still look great but would have been better if in color.

Thanks for sharing your experience, Jasmine. We're sorry to hear your cups did not come in the color you would have liked. Our system does not default to any color. We're looking into this to see what happened and ensure it does not happen again. Please, let us know if there is anything we can do to help you. Best wishes!
The product provided was excellent. I had to check with them a few days before expected delivery as I had not heard anything from them but once I checked in and they found there was an issue with production they worked hard to get the correction done and they still delivered the product before our event it was just one day later than expected. We will plan to use them again as they were very courteous and helpful and again the product was perfect.

Thank you for sharing, Robin! We apologize for the delay in production. This is unacceptable and we are doing everything to ensure this doesn't happen again. We look forward to serving you for your next party or celebration. Best wishes!
I ordered magnets for my son and daughter-in-law’s baby shower. I received them on time and they were really cute! However they looked a little different than the picture on the website but they were very cute anyways and we were happy with them.

Thank you for sharing your experience, Lisa! We are concerned that your baby shower magnets "looked a little different" from the images on our website. One of our customer care specialists will be contacting you so we can look into this. Best wishes!
The only thing I would change is being able to see the different fonts on the item before the proof stage. other than that I love the product, the timing on the proof and the shipping was on time.
