Great customer service, but flawed product
My first order of 22oz. stadium cups arrived with blotches and scratches on them. Their customer service was great and promptly sent me a completely new order. Unfortunately, 1/3 of the cups in the new order had marks on them too. I decided to keep them and not say anything. I just won't order from them again.

Hello Tanya, We are very sorry to hear (from this review) that 1/3 of your cups had marks on them. We don't normally get complaints or issues like this and it is quite troubling to us that you are not happy with your order. We are going to reimburse your order 1/3 of the total order value as it seems you are still unhappy with 1/3 of the cups you received.
