Tiniover TrikeReviews of tiniovertrike.com

I have had the Tiniover creek pro for a couple months now and i love it, I have mobility issues and have to use a walker to get around. This trike has given me the freedom to get out and explore. Assembly was easy and straight forward, the videos were well made and pausing the video at each step, it was helpful. I highly recommend Tiniover trike if you have mobility or just need a strong stable bike to enjoy the outdoors. Thanks again Don D.

I’ve dreamed about getting a bike for a number of years although I haven’t ridden one for 50 years. I saw an ad for etrikes and thought I would like one. Tried one out but couldn’t ride it because my replaced knee didn’t have enough range of motion. I sadly gave up on my dream. Then I found out about the recumbent Tiniover River Trike. I contacted a dealer so that I could take a test drive. Oh, how happy I was to find that I could ride again after all these years! I ordered one from the dealer so that it would be all put together by an expert at no cost to me. The only disappointment I have is that it didn’t come with the turn signal kit as I had seen advertised. But…I LOVE MY RIVER TRIKE!! Haven’t had even one issue with it. I’m getting more range of motion in my knee which helps even when just walking. I love feeling the wind on my face and it takes me back to my high school days when I rode my little blue bicycle every day! I recommend this trike no matter what your age is…it will truly make you feel young again. Thank you, Tiniover, for such a safe, well-built trike!!

Its a great product, luckily I searched on the internet for Etrike reviews and the Tiniover River was number one rated. The customer reps have provided a great response to my questions. Thanks Leo and Lilly. We had a few gliches but they resolved the issue. Being 80 years old this has worked out great for my health and diabetes problem. Of course I dont peddle slow but like to go helter skelter like the music I am listening too. I have had numerous people here in the Twin Cities asking where they could buy the Tiniover River in the area. Had to give them they bad news to go online, or go to Amazon to purchase one. All had sat on the trike and loved the feel. And took many photos. A few took it for a spin and wanted one. There are many reviews on the internet to view. And one where a guy tried to break the bike but couldn't. Just overheated the motor and let it cool for a bit and off he went. Quality design and product. The big key is the comfort with the premium seat and the full suspension on the Etrike.

My wife and I purchased two Tiniover Rivers. The whole experience was great - and we love our etrikes!

The Creek Electric Passenger Trike is an excellent choice for those seeking a fun and effortless way to travel. Simple to put together, it’s perfect for two adults or seniors who want a comfortable and convenient ride.

I bought two trikes, one came relatively quickly and the other one I had to wait about a month for it be delivered but they didn't tell me that I was going to have to wait until after I bought them. As well as they send the "free accessories" separate from the trike and you have to wait a few weeks to get them after your trike arrives. This happened with both trikes. They didn't even send the accessories together with the trike that I had to wait a month for, so I had to wait another few weeks for those. Customer service NEVER answers the phone and you have to email everything. I had been waiting for my free battery to come now for almost 3 months and I had to ask customer service to send it even though they said they were going to prioritize my order... The trikes require torque wrenches to properly finish putting your trike together but it's only mentioned in the end of the manual so you have to take it back apart some to torque it properly. The manual pictures aren't very helpful with putting the trike together and the manual is written poorly. All that being said I do really like my trike! Definitely not for a beginner to put together though and you might have to watch the videos to help you. But that's another thing, there's no audio on the video and you have to read and watch what is happening at the same time and it's gotta be slowed down just to view it. Honestly I would've returned these if I wasn't mechanically inclined.

Responsive customer service. Thank you Leo and Mike. Well designed and built product. Tiniover stands behind their quality products. I've been enjoying my Tiniover Creek for 6 months now.

Leo and the Tiniover Customer Support Team were responsive, professional, and competent.
