Very prompt ... Very accomadative when helping design custom pieces ...

ease of ordering, great communication, fast delivery.

Excellent customer service. Worked very well with us regarding custom sizing on plates. Very fast turn around. Definitely recommend!

plates came as describe, only 2 plates short, they sent the plates out overnight. good company.

The plates arrived beautifully cut in less than 10 days! The steel was clean and almost scratch free and the cuts and holes were smooth - these are going to look fantastic on our timber trusses! Great work!

This is my first purchase, and impressed with the follow up to questions, designs and promptness in getting the products shipped to the requestor. I recommend Timberplates to anyone who is in the need for specialized brackets or plates. Thanks Timberplates. John Low
