Product was great but shipping was horrible.

Bracket were fine I thought they should have been primed and painted for that cost Thank you Nick

The delivery was delayed and the communication about my order was slow. Not a very personal experience.

I just received them and the packages were exploded and the were poking throught the boxes. No packing inside to stop them rolling around and coming through. Also the powder coat looks to be just spray paint. The foam on the brackets rubbed off on a lot of the corners and there's already rust in spots. I guess I will have to do something before I out them up. Not happy

Good, knowledgeable, friendly company. They were helpful in pre-order planing but when I made my order (online) it gave me several shipping options (I chose FedEx 3 day and paid extra for that) but when they shipped my order they packed it for freight. When I noticed it, I contacted them and told them of the mistake. They repacked the order and sent it FedEx. Once in FedEx's hands it was horrible but that's not timberplates fault. I only got one of the four packages on time so I should get a refund of 3/4 of my shipping cost.
