They make a quality product, I have made a couple purchases from them.

I am a GC in Knoxville, TN, and we were working on a custom, large pavilion, with rough-cut timber beams. Most local fabricators' were cost-prohibitive to have them fabricate the required gusset and knife plates. I emailed Timberplates our need, for the custom plates, and Rhett got back to me ASAP and helped me work through several options, by email, and the end design result created savings that we were able to pass along to our client.
