TIGR LockReviews of tigrlock.com

TiGr locks represent the top of the bicycle lock category. They're strong, perhaps not as much as a top-quality Kryptonite lock, but remember that if a PROFESSIONAL bicycle thief wants your bike he / she will get it, regardless of whatever lock you've put on it. That being said, as a former police officer I recall that between 80 and 85 percent of bicycles that were stolen weren't locked - AT ALL. I'd like something a little stronger than a cable lock yet lightweight. The TiGr fits that perfectly. Tigrlock company - Keep up the Good Work and Thank You for a job VERY well done.

Todo perfecto, gran producto y servicio extraordinario

TiGr locking system is hands down the best bike lock ever! I’ve been using the bow-lock since 2013. No more heavy chains or locks to carry. I’m able to strap the bow to my frame and the tiny cylinder lock in my pocket. The customer service is second to none. This is the second time someone tried stealing my bike, and the second time the company has provided a replacement. I know my bike frame and tires are 100% secured anytime or anywhere I leave it whether it’s the streets of NYC, LA or Miami. Peace of mind is priceless.

Great customer service and great product!

We love our love. It feels very secure.

I really like the lock for being light weight and easy to use. I've got the SKS mount to keep the TiGr on my seat post, I'm very impressed how well the mount holds the lock. Bonus, the shipping/packaging was very well done with only one zip-tie and everything else recyclable paper/cardboard.

I got my first Tigr lock 7 years ago cause I moved to NYC, I bike everywhere, and I'm not lugging around a giant chain. I've had other bikes stolen that were locked with other locks. My Tigr locked bike is still with me. Not only is it light and strong, it's easy to use and looks awesome - like it enhances the look of my bike. The bow lock has also traveled thousands of touring miles with me abroad - Europe, the Sub-continent, South East Asia. It's amazing lightweight security for places where you absolutely cannot afford to lose your bike. After someone stole my wife's bike (locked with an inferior U-lock), we went all Tigr - another bow and a pair of blue steel mini+. The mini's are awesome! Light, easy use shape, and I tough AF. These folk at Tigr clearly care a lot about great design (and awesome customer service! Get multiple locks and key them alike :) we have one key for all our locks, super super convenient

I had a question about a replacement lock cylinder. Jim answered it with a few hours and gave me a discount code and free shipping! I'll call that 5 star service!
