Due to issues with the dashboard I was unable to initiate a payout request myself so I had to email my info to support. I was told it would get to the payment team but never got confirmation. The next day discord support apologized and said they forwarded my info. Now on day three of not being able to trade due to a dashboard issue i still do not have a payout confirmation and have not received a response from support through two separate attempts and three days. I've done everything I could to get this resolved and am wondering if or when I will receive my funds.

They said they will review your trades, and I have open a ticket to them, they never reply about big slippage issue only for sl, but not for tp, you set 1% lose per trade, because of slippage, you will lose 3 to 4 % per trade during news, basically their rule allows trade during news, but due to BAD CONDITIONS, you cannot trade, and they never review your trades and reply over 2 weeks, don't trust what they say, I have wasted money and time on this fake and irresponsibility platform.

Don't believe anything they say. If you give them money (challenge fees), they are in control, not you. If you think you have profits, they will do and say anything they like to prevent paying you.
