Tiger Funded has consistently impressed me with their exceptional customer. I've contacted them numerous times, and each time, Their team was active, responsive, and incredibly helpful. To the Management of Tomil, Greetings, I would like to provide you with my candid assessment of my experience with your company, and emphasize several negative points that significantly impact the company's reputation and efficiency. Firstly, your dashboard lacks crucial information. There is no clear distinction between daily and total losses, making it very difficult for customers to accurately track their financial performance. Secondly, it is expected that daily losses are updated and corrected when the U.S. market closes at 5 PM, but unfortunately, this is not being done properly. Additionally, account closures are not handled in a smooth or clear manner. What exacerbates the problem is the lack of effective communication and support channels. I have been unable to get any assistance or answers to my queries, which increases my lack of trust in the credibility of your company. Based on these experiences, I cannot recommend anyone to deal with your company, and I believe with 90% certainty that this company is not genuine and lacks credibility. I hope you take these points into consideration and strive to significantly improve your services. Sincerely,
