The charger plates were not what I thought they would be, so I wanted to return them. I called the number on the packing slip, but that wasn't their number. I was transferred to someone's voicemail where I left a message. Two days later, I called again and I spoke to a lady who made me feel I was bothering her. She gave me phone number to call and our conversation was over. I called and left a message, I have not heard back. Not good. Loren
