I was never notified of shipping status and had to inquire why it was taking so long -- upon asking, they finally reached out to the manufacturer and let me know of a delay. Once my order arrived, alas, I only received one of two items I ordered, and it was defective. I gave them 2/5 because I was granted a refund -- BUT this whole process and ordeal took well over 2 weeks for 2 simple items. Truly a disappointment.

I was excited to receive the chargers from Jay Companies. At first I was impressed by the sturdiness. After one use, they're useless. Un-washable. I cleaned multiple times, first with a light damp cloth as instructed. The natural oils from foods did not come out. Basically, I have 24 chargers that I can no longer use.

I ordered multiple items in May and still haven’t received them. I read a review that stated they ordered the same items months after I did and received theirs! Not cool!

We sincerely apologize that your experience with us was not satisfactory. Due to the COVID-19 crisis, we are out of stock on some essential items, and while we try our best to provide accurate ETA's, many things are out of our control. We provide the lead times that we receive from the manufacturer. When we receive a lead time from our distributor, we reflect that lead time on our website. Due to these uncertain times, some lead times are delayed, beyond our control. We charge your credit card so we can reserve the item for you. The item you ordered is out of stock everywhere and we're trying our best to get it in as fast as we can. We have a very flexible cancellation policy - we allow you to cancel your order up until the order ships, giving you the ability to search for the item elsewhere and order it there if you are able to get it faster.
I am very disappointed in Tiger Chef right now. The company has taken the money out of my account and hasn't given me an estimated shipping date. I would not recommend anyone to order from them in the near future. If I don't get my merchandise or an estimated shipping date I am going to report this company to the Better Business Bureau for false advertisement. There are other things I can spend my hard earned money on.

I wished they would let me know in 3-5days if they don't have it in stock. After 14days they told me they don't have it in stock...Very bad service.

I got my hopes up thinking I was going to get the items I requested. I get a call 4 days later telling me that they don't have my item. Other than that, TigerChef is ok.
