The emails can be confusing

All of the staff that I interacted with we're very kind but there wasn't a ton of helpful communication and a lot of my questions weren't directly answered. There is also some mistakes that were made by thriveworks that made my interactions a bit more difficult.

God forbid you call the phone number of Thriveworks. The times I’ve called customer service they’re kind but they ramble on and onnnn and they do not get to the point. Most repeat their sentences and although most are knowledgeable it would be helpful if they got to the point of their statement once.

Thriveworks needs to recalibrate its cadence for new potential clients. The branding reading "Appointment Availability Changes Daily!" and "Book Now!" is irksome in that it appears to "mill" new clientele to appointments without a consultation process or ensuring that patient and clinician are a fit. The fact that a Thriveworks rep and not the clinician directly are your first point of contact feels highly impersonal, and it all gives the impression that Thriveworks would rather *sell* appointment slots than serve its customers.

Overall session went well. I was taken back with my out of pocket cost of the session which was an online vs inhouse,( not aware if that makes a difference in a session). I say this because I have health coverage which covers this type of service along with a co-pay. I was made aware that I would have a $30.00 co-pay only to get a bill for $ 117.00. Not sure what that's about but I will be looking into the charges for this session on 6/3/24 as opposed to my previous session where my co-pay fee was way less($30.00). A little disappointed and confused 🤔 😔 with the pricing.
