I placed an order for sunglasses and mistakenly put in the wrong power. I emailed customer service to ask that it be changed but the glasses had already been shipped by the time they saw my email. Ian contacted me and sent me a replacement pair free of charge. This went above and beyond my expectations. Amazing customer service!!

I have not received my order yet Order# TPX709710. I know that it states has been delivered. However I never received it. How can this be resolved. Unable to send a email to resolve issue

Ordered 3 keychain and 3 pods for our phones. Once I received my order I noticed I ordered 3 of the products wrongs. Emailed customer support and a response a couple days later, stating they were sorry for my mistake and were shipping the correct items out to me free of charge. This is tremendous customer service, and I am very grateful for there response. The products are very nice. Glasses work great. It’s great to have a pair of lenses hanging off our keys. Thank you very much Thin Optics.

I find the thin optics glasses that have a pouch on the back of my cell phone is convenient and mandatory. If I forget my glasses I always have one on hand no matter where I am. Sometimes being able to see is important!

What a great product and a great company to do business with!! I will say I’m tough on glasses. Constantly breaking These also did break but the company replaced free of charge. Pretty amazing!! Only glasses I’ll use from now on!
