Unfortunately the Milano case is not up to the standards that I have come to expect from the ThinOptics line of products. I have ordered two now and both within a few months of use have broke at the hinge under moderate use. The hinge mechanism is obviously very cheaply made. Also the fact that you cannot wirelessly charge your phone when the case is attached to your phone is also a big design flaw. I presume it is the magnet and the metal combined that just are too much for the charge to make it through on a wireless charger (on my iphone x anyway)). I do love their product range in general but unfortunately this case has been a big fail for me.

They stand behind their products. The nose piece broke off my glasses and they gladly offered to replace them.

I had purchased the thin optics was receiving Emails but I need finished the the enrollment for replacement and when I tried to get a replacement pair Jake helped me with the process which he made very easy I would recommend thin optics since they are handy when shopping to look at the prices

I have been using ThinOptics for more than 2 years. I think it is a brilliant concept. I have ordered them for many people as gifts. Everyone wants to know where I got them. Customer service here is fantastic. They offer lifetime replacements, as they do tend to sctratch once in a while. Had a problem, spoke to Jonathon and he took care of everything in minutes.
