Great service, easy and fast

I have owned my thinoptics for quite some time, using them every day at work (Carpenter) have dropped them on almost any thinkable surface, even stepped on them, and they're still usable. After app a year of abuse, one of the nosetips broke of, even though they were still functioning, they became unpleasant to wear. I contacted ThinOptics, and now I have a brand new pair, only paid for shipping and 0,01$ I also recently bought the Frontpage Brooklyn reading glasses, and the Milano case, and so far I love them. I have, and will continue telling people about, and recommend this great product.

I purchased a pair of ThinOptics in March. Love them. Referred many friends to them. The nose grippy thing broke and Jake from customer support got me set up with a new pair with one contact to their live chat support!
