ThinOpticsReviews of thinoptics.com

Son un gran invento, ya nunca me quedo sin poder leer las letras pequeñas en el camino. Excelente garantía extendida. Mis lentes se rayaron con la funda pero me serán reemplazados pagando solo el envío. Muy buen servicio en el chat.

I have enjoyed my thin optics and only learned recently how great their warranty is!

I bought in 2019 a lens for me and another for my wife. They work perfect and don't take up space, that's what I like about these lenses. The bad part is that they scratch easily, so you should not use cleaning cloths but only mild water and neutral detergent and thus you have less scratches when cleaning. After a few months the metal arch that joins the crystals broke, but thanks to the lifetime guarantee they were able to replace it at a cost of 5 dollars. Today they tell me that they only give a guarantee up to 90 days and it is a waste if the lenses are of the same quality that they quickly end their useful life. I would rather pay a lot more for a product that lasts longer and does not scratch easily. I would give it 5 stars if the product has more improved quality and if the warranty continues for life.

I had lost my Thin Optics and wanted to replace them. When I saw I could receive a discount I thought this would be a good time. Unfortunately when I ordered them I didn’t include the discount code. I wrote to to explain my mistake and was immediately assured I would receive the discount. I mentioned I was a health care worker (RN) and to my surprise was offered another pair. Thank you Thin Optics!!!

I ordered a replacement for my ThinOptics, and since the color I wanted was out of stock, they offered to send an other color, but I decided to wait until it was back in stock! They sent my new pair faster than they have said! Great customer service!!! Love My ThinOptics, I recommend them every chance I get!!!!!

ThinOptics on the back of my phone are the best and most convenient glasses ever. Unfortunately mine snapped on the bridge and Customer Service took care of a replacement without issue. Thank you.

I have purchased two pair of thinoptics glasses in the past. I was pleased with them both times. I received both orders in a timely manner. So, I decided to purchase another pair. My account was charged on August 27. BY September 2, I still had not received them, nor had I received any notification that they had shipped. I called customer service and spoke with Angel. She told me to give it until Friday, indicating that they had shipped. Didn't receive them. Called again on Tuesday (Monday was Labor Day). Spoke with Jonathan, who tried giving me the "give it till Friday"line. I told him that was not acceptable, that Angel had already pulled that one on me. He then told me he was sending them "priority" so they would be here by Friday. On Wednesday, I realized I had received no notification that they had shipped. I called, Angel answered. I told her about my conversation with Jonathan the previous day and that I had received no notification that my glasses had shipped and if they were going to be here Friday, they better ship them. She let me know they couldn't ship them priority and to give it 5-7 business days and she would include a second pair of glasses because I had had so much trouble. Its Friday again and still no notification of shipment, so I doubt they will make it within the promised 7 days either. This is a lesson in how to take a very satisfied repeat customer and turn her into somebody who will never do business with you again..

One of the two pair I originally bought broke at the nose and I was so pleased that they replaced them...that I bought an additional pair. These are oh so handy!! Their customer service is tops!
