I have bought ThinOptics on 2 previous occasions - I love them, they are super light, comfortable and so convenient - my problem is I keep loosing them, so I have to keep buying more - maybe that's just an excuse? With my most recent order I had trouble making the payment so I used the instant messenger - I got an immediate response, my problem resolved and my order was placed and confirmed, all in a matter of minutes.
