I was incorrectly sent the wrong stregnth glasses. I contacted Thin Optics by email and they immediately sent me the correct item. No fuss No return.

Great product and customer service. I am never without my phone, but often forgot my reading glasses. Since I purchased my first pair of ThinOptics with the phone case I am now never without my reading glasses. I have since purchased numerous pairs, purchased as gifts, and sent many of my friends to ThinOptics!

Excellent service from ThinOptics! Several years after I've purchased my ThinOptics Reader, it has become defective. I only had to reach out once to ThinOptics to report this defect and a replacement Reader has been dispatched FOC. Great!!
