The case is cheap and doesn't work well.

Hello, Aaron. We’re happy you are satisfied with the quality of our reading glasses. It means a lot!
I sent an email to ThinOptics because I received my delivery but I mistakenly chose an incorrect strength for the readers. My question was "could I just exchange the glasses or do I need to exchange the glasses and the case as well?" I received an answer back (within a few hours) telling me that they were sending me a new pair of glasses at the correct strength free of charge. I thought that this was pretty wonderful considering that it was my mistake. And the products are Fantastic!!!

My husband has been wearing ThinOptics reading glasses for 3 years now. Recently, the nose piece broke and I emailed customer service. Not only did I receive a prompt response, but they also are going to send me a replacement at no charge! I love their products and customer support!
