I paid for two day shipping, its been 9 days and still no rod. Took that long to get a reply and all it said was it was a long weekend and only 4 people work there. And that reply was a week after Memorial Day. Not one thing about refunding my money. This has not been a good experience. Update: They eventually got back to me and refunded more money than I was looking for, so good on them. Bumped from a 1 to a 4

As of now I gave it 4 just from the design and feel. I was using it with just the line without the fly and it was unbelievable. I have only fly fished once and knew my rod was to big for small streams and flimsy. Will give another review very soon!
