The bookshelf looks great and was fairly easy to put together by myself. A second pair of hands, though, would have made it go much faster. I never received a shipping notification from the company. That said, it arrived quickly and with no issue.

I got exactly what I ordered, the “punts”, repurposed wine bottle glasses were well protected. My only issue is you used “Peanuts” and bubble wrap where you need to utilize more environmental friendly packing materials for shipping. Otherwise 5 Stars

In the 3 weeks before Christmas, I bought 3 beanbag chairs from The Ultimate Green store, and called to ask if there was ANY chance they would arrive within 5 days...even though these are made ON DEMAND when ordered...and THEY ARRIVED IN 5 DAYS! Just in time for my Christmas party! The customer service was PERFECT - polite, attentive, and responded when promised. As cliche as it sounds, Ultimate Green Store exceeded my expectations! I will DEFINITELY shop there again. As an aside, I was willing to pay extra for "green/eco-friendly/non-toxic" beanbag chairs, but their prices were WAY less than all other places I had browsed as well. Awesome bonus!

The items ordered were received as expected in time for Christmas as they were a gift for my husband. Unfortunately, he was not pleased with the gift and I had to return the items. The return was not difficult and, once I contacted the Ultimate Green Store, they promptly responded with the Return Authorization Number required to do a return.
