I've had same experience. Unresponsive company, beyond their prompt charge to my credit card. I've yet to receive my purchase and it's been 3 weeks with no communication or method to track them down whatsoever. Very disappointed. I wish I'd read a few reviews before doing business here. :(

Wow! Where to begin with this company? Their customer service is absolutely terrible and unresponsive. I’ve ordered from them on two occasions, and both times, they took almost 3 weeks just to ship my order! I had to follow up countless times before they finally responded, and they gave me some round-about excuses as to why my order hadn’t shipped yet. Basically, they didn’t even have my product in stock and had to wait for it to arrive before they could ship it! If this was the case, I should have been notified prior to purchasing, not after emailing them 5 times. Now, I am dealing with the same unresponsive customer service team. Their website advertised free shipping for products over $75, but this was not the case upon checkout. (My order was $79.) When I contacted them about it, they said the website had an error and it should say, “free shipping for orders over $100. Now they are trying to charge me $32 for shipping! Unbelievable! Regardless of whether or not they changed their shipping policy (and putting aside the fact that $30+ for shipping is ridiculous), they should still honor the free shipping for my order since that’s what was advertised when I was trying to place my order. (I have the screen shots to prove it.) I asked them to honor this, but once again, they are unresponsive, despite numerous emails and phone calls.

I tried to make a purchase with a gift card code that I had received from my mother. It didn’t apply but other discount codes were. I contacted them through their contact page, email and phone. I have not heard back from any of the sources. The gift card was for 100 dollars. That’s a lot of money for my mother to have spent to not be redeemed. There doesn’t seem to be a working customer service team? I wouldn’t buy from here.

I am trying to cancel my order which has not been shipped and I can’t reach anyone in customer service. I have called and emailed multiple times over the past few days and I have gotten no response. Really unhappy with this company and the way they ignore customers.

I made an order over a week ago and in my account on the website it says that it still has not shipped. I tried calling several times, but no one is answering and I am not receiving any call backs either. The email address on the website is not working and my messages are being returned citing errors. The messaging form on the website is not working either! I tried contacting this company in three different ways! This is terrible customer service. They're not shipping items and it is impossible to get in touch with, but somehow they have no issue taking my money right away.

Took 2 weeks to get my order, and I only received 2 out of the 5 items I ordered. I’d really like the other 3 items ASAP please!!!

Overpriced merch & then hit me worth a shipping fee that was more than what the item cost. When I complained about the shipping, the item was taken out of the USPS system (cheaper rate) and shipped the more expensive rate hoping to justify the high rate. JMO that they are using the *green* name to promote overpriced goods. BTW what cost me over $20 could be purchased at BB&B for about $5
