My plant arrived in pretty rough shape. I reached out to the Sill and customer support replied very quickly with suggestions to help the plant bounce back. No luck so far but they said they would send a replacement if the plant doesn’t survive so that’s wonderful

It’s beautiful, but it took a lot longer than anticipated. I was a little worried about what it would look like when it arrived, but it turned out nice.
