Therapy Notes always offers excellent, live customer service without a stupidly long wait. I can't imagine using a different chart notes / billing software without that level of quality support.

Try another EHR, do not get locked into this as you will be penalized when leaving. You will understand if you pick this garbage company to deal with.

Your account went into storage mode in 2023. You called to reactivate the account and although you dispute this we sent you a call recording as evidence. We have offered to waive your accrued charges, but have simply asked you to log in to cancel your account. Our Success team asked you do this because this will purge the medical records on your account. However we've reviewed your account and have determined it's ok to purge because it's been delinquent and inactive for so long. Have a lovely day.
Kiara knew exactly how to help me with my PCI renewal and did the whole thing for me and then she caught that I was charged a fee when I wasn't supposed to be charged and she got it reversed. Very conscientious and helpful!!
